Stories shape us.
Meaning steadies us.

M. Brandon Blue, author of Aligned: Living Whole: Body, Soul and Spirit, writes at the meeting place of narrative identity, spiritual formation, and the inner life.

01

The central question

How do we become whole without losing the complexity of who we are?

Brandon’s work begins where easy answers end. He explores the stories people inherit, the meanings they make, and the practices that help a divided life move toward alignment.
